How strange. I was at clinique and I mentioned to the lady how I felt the SA sold me the wrong product for what I was looking for. She then got a full size product and put a sticker on it that read. A gift for you from clinique. If you feel you were treated wrong in anyway I say complain. No reason for you to feel humilitated for using an offer they extended.

 
You should go in and complain to the manager. That is RUDE as hell!!!

Or you could call up and ask to speak to the manager, if you didn't want to explain it in person, and make sure that associate is talked to!!!!! GRRR!!!!!!
