The MAC consultants in Louisville treat you like dirt, with a fake smile. I don't get it. In Indianapolis, at the pro store, the artists there were always amazing! One gal treated me like family. Knew me and my daughter by name. When my daughter wasn't with me, she always asked about her. She even had my daughter climb the makeup chair for a nude lipgloss application.
