What MU colors do you avoid?

Can't wear reds or orange. I must have some shimmer or frost. Matte/flat or very pale colors make me look like a corpse.

Well ive got strawberry blonde hair and supposed to be warm toned but warm toned shades make me look washed out.

For me I don't wear any red or pink eyeshadows they make my eyes look swollen.

Lipsticks that are too matte or vibrant, shades of purple anywhere except on my eyes, anything orange toned except for the summer. When I think about it, I can actually wear pretty much anything if applied strategically.

I cannot wear blue. Blue eyeshadow and liner just looks icky on me.

No yellows, very few golds. They don't work well with my natural haircolor, pale skin and eyes.

I also avoid mattes at all costs. It has to be an EXCEPTIONAL shade to get me to buy it,and I have yet to find a shade to get me to buy even 1 matte. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

blue eyeshadows, I havent really tried yellow but I avoid it anyway coz its not my favorite color. Oh and too red of a lipstick is bad on me too.

Red or very dark/bright lippies (too harsh for my pale coloring)

Nude and brown lippies (washes me out)

Black eyeliner (too harsh)

Yellow/gold eyeshadow (though gold sparkles in another color is ok)

Really shimmery blush (because my oily skin is already shiny)

Also, I don't really like how blue, gray, pink, and purple eyeshadow look on me (browns and warm colors make my eyes pop more), but I do wear them on occasion just for something different. Hubby actually likes bright colors of e/s on me, even though I think that browns and subtle colors are the most flattering on me...

I generally avoid the same colors as I would in clothing: yellows and oranges. Now, some oranges are okay for e/s, but I don't think yellows would work. Golds are okay. As for my lips, no bright pinks.

I don't think I wear greens well - like actual greens, blue-greens work for me. It's weird lol.

I am a nuetral skin tone and actually alot of things work on me IF done properly. (hence my problem LOL) Greens don't look good on my as e/s as my eyes are green and tends to make them so light looking. BUT I LOVE GREENS, it is my fav color. sigh... anything with an orange undertone to it. ik... I like blue undertones better. hm...

no pastel colors , as for me they dont show up, so pointless in wearing them. ummm i would have a harder time pulling off an orange shade, yellows of certains finishes other then matte could be workable! i like yellow! no pinks or reds on lips!
