I didn't receive one apparently. Is it for a phone case, like the coupon for Nina Garcia's box last summer? I still have an iPhone 4 and it isn't usually an option.

The one I received came on the back of the folding product card.

I just tried locating the UnWash cleansing conditioner by calling Salon's listed on their website...... They are all two hours or more away from me. None of them (that answered my call) actually carries the product! They were like, "I can order it for you." Sad, I guess they have it so high priced that the salon's don't want to put their money into stocking it!
