I wonder if it's because of the LwF/Daily Candy deal that was posted earlier last month - I signed up for it and I know a bunch of people here (and probably elsewhere) did as well. Maybe they got an overload of subscriptions and have had to work a little longer to fill the orders?

I should say I cancelled my sub then signed back up with the promo code for November.  Then I tried to see if  I could use it again (and again and again) and it worked.  Should I feel bad??  I used it 5 times!

Don't feel bad, if it let you.

I just got my first box today and it seems like very little. I am glad I got it for just $2. I don't think I am going to keep this going at $12 a month when there isn't much to it.
