Also, is anyone interested in the Ulta black friday sale like I am? I popped into an ulta near me that just opened and guess what I found? The $25 benefit set on the shelfs..... I saw it and was like isnt this the black friday set? asked for a price check and it was $25 just like in the ad... So I picked one up. Im doing a review on my blog if anyone wants to see whats in it.

I do go out every Black Friday. The store(s) I go to depends on what I am hunting for. Usually Target and Best Buy for sure. I have to admit though, I save most of my money for Cyber Monday.

Most of my purchases for close family are always online. The best deals I have found over the years are on amazon.com, newegg.com, target.com, walmart.com or if you are looking for large appliances sears.com. Obviously there are a ton of beauty sites as well but those are fairly specific to what each person likes.

The sad thing is, Black Friday isn't even day of the year with steepest discounts for a lot of places. It's more or less the day that a lot of stores simutaneously offer "good" discounts, which is why it's so amenable to shoppers. Some of the best savings may even be after the Christmas season, though!

I say this with all the intention of spending my heart out on Friday. And tomorrow through Thursday. And all the way through the rest of January L O L

True, but Black Friday is mostly just to super-charge holiday gift shopping (though, many of said 'gifts' happen to be for myself /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />). I'm not patient enough to buy gifts a few months ahead of time, I'm a last-minute shopper lol. Though I do like to shop off-season for clothes--stores like Zara hemorrhage their winter inventory even before it starts to get warm.

Are ULTA's BF deals available online too, or just in stores? Do they usually sell out pretty quickly like Sephora's?

If you do buy from the Smashbox site, join their pretty points (free) loyalty club for an extra deluxe free sample each time you purchase, plus ~2-3 foil packets.
