Okie, I'm thinking signups for two weeks from 9/8/14 through 9/22/14 (kinda gets the back to school season out of the way, and it gives people a chance to ramp up their trading and participation ahead of signups).

Groups would then be announced 24th/25th -ish. And round 6 boxes are out the first doors by that first week of Oct. Hopefully that means we end before mid-November....in time for people to think about Secret Santa season.   Comments, thoughts?

How to Sign Up:
Sign-ups will be open for just over two(2) weeks starting now!
 
Sign up form is up! Open until Sept 26th (Friday) 5pm PDT.

Qualifying and Box Tiers:
We'll be grouping members into tiers based on trade and swap activity here on MuT. If you are not ok with this, please do not sign up. This is to protect participants from losing out if a box happens to stop moving. This is also the easiest way for us to insure that everyone gets a chance to participate. If you are not ok with being grouped with people with similar feedback, number of posts, and length of membership here at MuT, then please do not sign up. 
 
To participate you need to be:
  1. Located in the US
  2. Willing to pay for shipping on the box (USPS medium flat rate box ~ $11-$12)
  3. Able to meet at least one of the three criteria:
  • Have 2 Positive feedback, have 100+ MUT posts, and have been an MUT since June 2014 OR
  • Successfully participated in a circular swap, have 100+ MUT posts, and have been an MUT since June 2014 OR
  • Or have at least five 5 positive swap feedback.
 
:eek:ldlad:  Rules during the swap:
  • As soon as you receive the box, post to your group's swap thread that you received it. We will track the boxes closely!
  • Send the sample box on within 3 business days. If you keep the box longer than 7 days and do not have a believable extenuating circumstance or do not communicate the circumstance to us or your group, you will not be allowed to participate in future circular swaps. 
  • As soon as you send the box on, PM the recipient with the delivery confirmation number. If you do not send the confirmation number, you will not be allowed to participate in future swaps.
  • Not a rule, but as a courtesy, you should comment, post picts, etc.! :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
Remember, it's best to over-communicate.  Your swap group and other group participants will want to live vicariously through your swap box rummaging!
