BE - my first MMU experience, liked it initially but a too shiny

EDM - horrible, really disappointed in all their products except the Premium brushes which are a good buy

Lumiere - really nice, have full sized foundations on order

Signature - really nice and fast international shipping, will probably buy full size

Lily Lolo - ok foundation, lovely eyeshadow and blush colours

Twisted Fayte - bought some eyeshadows in the closing down sale and I love them, the colours are great and they go on beautifully with a lovely silky feel. Wish I'd discovered them sooner :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

oh wow, I didn't know that there were so many different MMU brands, I heard alot about BE and started trying to learn more about it a happened to stumble and find that MMU is alot more popular than I thought.

 
I've been on an MMU kick for about 4 months now...and still going strong. :whistling:

I've tried:

BE - just a sampling at Sephora. The buffing hurt! Too shiney. She put Light on me and I looked like I had a fake tan. Yuck.

Larenim - didn't like the loose foundation, was basically transparent. Nice blushes & eyeshadows and the "Dusk till Dawn" is a life saver.

Alima - Still trying this one. Loved the texture. I think I haven't got application down yet. I think W1 is best match so far.

EDM - Good match with Golden Fair. Texture is slightly heavier. I think I am too heavy handed with this one.

I just ordered samples from Lumiere Friday night.

I've only tried a few, but I just ordered Lumiere samples so we'll see how that goes -- I want to try something a little glowy since I'm switching from Stila's IPF and am used to having subtle shimmer in my foundation.

BE - felt heavy, looked pretty but also a bit overpowering. Wasn't impressed.

EDM - rubbed off easily, didn't love the color matching

Signature Minerals - This is the one I've stuck with so far. It looks great on and feels pretty nice, too. I'm thinking about ordering a full-sized one this week.

Ocean Mist - have a sample kit, but have only tried the blush so far, which left my cheeks feeling a little dry. I'll give it more chances as my skin gets wacky sometimes.

 
Just tried Pure Luxe and I'm waiting to get my testers from EveryDay Minerals.

BE good but not a good color match

Edm couldn't find a color match

Monave very good

Fyrranae too dry and powdery and no color match

Oceanmist ok but has talc so will not use anymore

Lumiere excellent!

Lauress ok. Use too much to get decent coverage so not cost effective

Meow only the Flawless Feline really provides good coverage with minimal application amount

I'm thinking about trying out Meow. Any more "must try brands" out there?

 
Valerie is a must try, as well as the new LaurEss. Milan covers great and is very natural. A lot of users LOVE Monave, it didn't work for me.
