Thanks to the filters,
I get the dark charcoal-leaning blue, and I don't see any shimmer (which I attribute to how little of the bottle I can make out), but I love pretty much any shade of blue (except _Forty Shades of Blue_. That was one of the most excruciatingly long and boring movies I have *ever* seen), with or without shimmer. Of course, all of the nerds (I am including myself) will immediately proclaim it to be a TARDIS blue. (And super-nerds like myself will sniff at anyone who says it's not bright enough to be Pantone 2955C because everyone knows that there have been several different TARDIS shades over the years. Didn't you see the lineup in "The Day of the Doctor"?) Anyway. Last night, I Googled "london blue," and I discovered that there is actually a gem referred to as the London Blue Topaz, and heritage markers -- Jimi Hendrix lived here, Charles Dickens lived near here, Alan Turing was born here, FDR convalesced here, Oscar WIlde went to school here -- are also a bright shade of blue, but it looks like their use was discontinued earlier this year due to lack of funding.
