I had the same thing happen to me... I cancelled the box before the ship date, so they kept my payment and never sent a box. The CS Agent that emailed me back was actually really nice about it and sent me a $20 e-gift card for the inconvenience.
Which I then used with the 25OFF6 code to get the Ashton Kutcher Fancy box for my hubby for $1.95
, but now I need to know the magic date to cancel it!
