I have NYX  Milk and Maybelline Too Cool, and the tattoo beats it hands down as a base. But I haven't tried any other white bases.

I agree that Too Cool is a great base, probably the best I've tried...it doesn't budge or crease at all. I especially love it under bright colors, it does make them extra vibrant.

I just ordered two of the new metal line (Inked in Pink and Gold Rush). The got them up on Target.com at $5.99. I have a Red debit card with them so that took off shipping and saved an additional 5%. I tossed on one of Maybelline's new Color Whispers too.

Daylyah I saw the fierce and tangy one in your pictures I would have to say that one has been my favorite out of all the ones released something about it takes my heart! Love it
